Purchase conditions
These terms govern the purchase of the Supreme Pack, its sub-packs, and solo skills on skills.thalesgomes.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm you have read and accepted these conditions.
skills.thalesgomes.com is operated by Thales Gomes Holleben, through SyntaxLab Tecnologia LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 69.037.974/0001-46.
The site sells the Supreme Pack, sub-packs, and solo skills for use with Claude Code and Codex, with its own checkout processed by Pagar.me (Pix or card) and delivery through the site own member area.
Each skill you buy is a folder with instructions, checklists, references, and, in some cases, scripts, ready to install in Claude Code or Codex. The Supreme Pack includes all 25 skills in the catalog plus 9 bonuses; the digital sub-pack includes only the skills listed in its own offer.
Delivery happens through your account on https://skills.thalesgomes.com/en/my-skills, with a login tied to the email used at checkout.
Payment is one time. Access to your account and skill updates last 12 months, counted from payment confirmation. A new version of a skill you already own becomes available in your account, with a notice.
After the 12 months, the files you already downloaded stay yours, with no recurring charge. What stops applying is access to new updates and to skills released after that period.
For pack, pack bump, or digital sub-pack purchases, the skills do not all arrive at once: 8 skills unlock at checkout; from day 1 through day 7, one more unlocks per day; on day 8, past the guarantee window, the 10 strongest skills in the catalog and all 9 bonuses arrive. A day counts as 24 hours from payment confirmation.
This schedule exists to prevent abuse of the guarantee: without it, someone could buy the pack, download everything the same day, and ask for a refund within the 7 day window. Whatever the guarantee covers arrives first; whatever completes the pack arrives after it. A solo skill purchase does not follow this schedule and unlocks immediately.

The Supreme Pack, the pack bump, and the digital sub-pack carry a 7 calendar day guarantee from payment confirmation. If it does not make sense for you, ask for a full refund through the contact channel below within that window.
For purchases made from Brazil, this window also covers the right of withdrawal set out in article 49 of Brazil consumer protection code for online purchases.
A solo skill unlocks right at payment confirmation. The download is logged against your order, and from that point there is no guarantee or refund: you have already received the complete file you paid for.
If you want to try things out without that risk, buy the Supreme Pack instead, which keeps the 7 day guarantee even with the gradual rollout. If you already bought a solo skill and later want the full pack, reach out through the contact channel to deduct what you already paid.
Anything you produce with help from the skills remains your responsibility to review, and stays subject to third party rights and the license terms of whatever tools you use.
All prices on the site are shown and charged in Brazilian reais (R$), since that is the currency Pagar.me processes. The Supreme Pack costs R$ 497, in up to 10x on a card; solo skills cost R$ 57 or R$ 97, depending on the tier; the digital sub-pack costs R$ 297. The price shown on the payment screen at the time of purchase applies.
